Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or our returns portal within the 100-night trial period to start your return.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is validated, we will coordinate with our logistics partners to schedule a free doorstep collection at a time convenient for you.

  Product Inspection

  Our team will perform a quick quality check upon collection to ensure the mattress or accessory is in good condition without significant damage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
